Andy has over two decades experience as a federal inspector including: airfields, hazardous materials facilities, OSHA, NFPA, crash and accident investigations, facility management. We have over 27 years combined experience as a state licensed inspectors.

WHO WE ARE

Andy and Monica are a husband and wife inspection team and met while serving in the U.S Army. Yes…they work together and are married! Working together gives them the unique insight to understand the special needs of any buyer. Andy and Monica are full-time inspectors. They have been full-time inspectors since 2004 and have performed over 13,000 paid property inspections!

Andy and Monica inspect properties in accordance with the Standards of Practice which is the property inspection standard promulgated by the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance and can be found by clicking the link below

Andy and Monica also adhere to the Code of Ethics established by TDCI and that of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). InterNACHI is the pre-eminent certifying organization in the world and requires its members to comply with high entrance requirements, continuing education requirements and annual examinations. Andy and Monica are both licensed and certified real estate inspectors to give you confidence that your property will be thoroughly evaluated. Did you know Georgia does not have a state Standards of Practice – InterNACHI standards apply there.
