Realtors and buyers - create your own repair request report!

Follow these steps for a repair request report:

1. From the email with your report, click "Report Tools" at the upper right, select Repair Request Builder.

2. Name your document and sort from the pull-down selection

3. Select items requested for repair, add your requested credit amount, add a comment if needed.

4. Continue to add items to your Repair Request Builder.

5. Scroll to the top of your page and PREVIEW your report. If it looks the way you want, select CREATE.

6. Email or text the report link to yourself or the other party for consideration.

Follow these steps for a text copy and paste report:

1. From the email with your report, click "Report Tools" at the upper right, select Copy-and-Paste Text.

2. After deficient items from the original inspection report populate, select the text you wish to add to your repair amendment.

3. Copy and paste text as needed.

4. Or, use the pulldown to sort from "All Observations," "Maintenance Items," "Recommendations," or "Safety Hazards" as needed. Copy and paste text into your amendment (WORD document for Example).
